About Us

Colin Fraser is a graduate of both BCIT (Hotel & Restaurant Management) and UBC (Sauder School of Business). After working in the kitchens at The Keg and Earls, Colin moved over to the supply side of the industry.

In 1985 Colin started, as a Merchandiser, with International Pacific Sales Ltd. and over the years, gradually worked his way up to BC Regional Sales Manager. Colin has also held positions as Key Account Manager (Pennine Marketing Ltd) and National Sales Manager (Sun Rich Fresh Foods Inc.)

Colin lives in North Vancouver (the ‘North’ of Northridge) and enjoys cooking, karate and spending time on Salt Spring Island with his family. In the picture below, Roger is not wearing pants.

In 1985 Roger Cummings fell in love with the food service industry on his first day washing dishes at The Keg. After staying with that company for several years, working his way from dish washing to management, Roger went on to build a reputation as a hardworking, honest sales professional with strong, lasting client relationships. Roger worked in operations for De Dutch Pannekoek House and Mr. Mikes, then as Vice President of Canada’s largest food service broker for 20 years.
Roger lives in Maple Ridge (the ‘Ridge’ of Northridge) and enjoys golfing, cooking, and being with his family at their cabin.
